Just Bein’ Honest with Celebrity Therapist Dr. Jenn Mann

I hope that you all have had an amazing Summer thus far. What has been your favorite adventure or discovery? Did you learn a new skill or talent? Perhaps you made a vow to give yourself the gift of “time” and honoring “space” for your breathe to regulate with a little bit more ease.

Yesterday we posted on our P O D C A S T an interview with celebrity therapist, Dr. Jenn Mann.

We discussed much about relationships and the mental awareness that particular relationships have on our personal health and well-being. I know that I am all about the foods and brands that you should purchase and support, and NOW it’s quite clear how they effect your mental state as well.

Did you know that eating high-quality foods that contain lots of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants nourishes the brain and protects it from oxidative stress? Please say ‘YES’! And in turn when you consume junk or highly processed / chemically produced items, better known as, “waste” (increases free radical formation) this damages cells. Damaged cells = disease, inflammation, mental disorders.

Dr. Jenn,  she’s a VEGAN – Sweet – I’m not pressing that you HAVE to be one, but I am simply pointing out that the less toxins you have consuming your life (relationships + useless “food” groups), the more mentally stable you will be : ) CHA-CHING!!! I hear SUCCESS on anything.

I mean, don’t you feel better when you eat a bowl of freshly picked berries with cinnamon on top rather than a sticky, deep fried onion ring dripping with grease? I’m Just Bein’ Honest… Ok, Ok! I digress.
