Which is best? What is the correct way to “scratch the surface”?

What it works:

Dry brushing—a wellness cure all celebrated for its benefits ranging from lymphatic drainage and increased circulation to cellulite removal and exfoliation.

But this isn’t any old hairbrush. The newest creations in dry brushing have gotten smarter and are more well – equipped to give you the benefits you’re searching for.

I want to point out that this task is not to be taken as a “one-and-done” approach. The technique should be used in a conscious motion. This way you know that you are adequately breaking down the stagnant energy stored in the body. Think of those circulatory regions you want to target: Face, Breasts, Thighs and Bikini.

SOOOOO, what’s new in these collectable brushes? Each brush is categorized based on the sensitivity of the bristles – your skin varies on thickness depending on the area you are targeting.

FACE – Move in circular motions over the chin, cheeks, nose, and forehead.
