Holy Basil!

I first discovered this medicinal herb when I was in Bali.

I met a friend and we would always joke around emphasizing the HOLY in Holy Basil!

Truth. Later I would find out just, how H O L Y this herb would stand for in my life.

And yours too!


The benefits of this master:

Holy Basil, best known as “Tulsi”- translating as “the incomparable one” acts just in that sort of nature – it is strictly, “incomparable” because is does positively influences one’s health in more ways than one. It functions as an adaptogen, or a substance that helps the body normalize when it is exposed to severe stress.

One of the positives is that it eases inflammation and joint pain. Again, imagine being able to tackle stress, anxiety, and inflammation with a relaxing cup of tea made with the leaves of HOLY BASIL!

  1. Relieve stress and anxiety.
  2. Support your immune system.
  3. Inhibit toxin-induced damage in the liver.
  4. Soothe pain – example, arthritis and joint pain.

As much as I do ADORE this herb, it’s simply not the cure all for better health alone. Please remember that with anything, you must at first have a stable wellness practice.     1. Yes, Mood can be a pretty “broad” term, BUT I Holy Basil is very nice to calm anxieties, I also use these: Ginseng, Gingko Biloba and try Match tea for a change as well.

      I hope this helps answer your questions.
