Sprinkle Pill

Many of you tell me that you eat “Healthy”. Now, I know that we all have different definitions of the term “Healthy”.

SO, when you may need a little extra BOOST or perhaps a reminder as to what you are missing, I have provided a SUPPLEMENT CHECKLIST!

Glitter Pills

Be sure to have a quick chat with your healthcare provider before you add any supplements in to your life, we all have different needs custom to our own unique bodies!


Magnesium – Used as an anti-stress remedy and can help calm nervousness, irritability and restlessness.

Schisandra – Helps protect the brain and body against the harmful effects stress brings.

Bacopa – Calms anxiety and increases concentration.


Aged Garlic Extract – May lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Omega – 3s – Helps with managing high blood pressure and reducing triglycerides.

CoQ10 – Helps regulate blood pressure and recovery from bypass heart surgery.

Probiotics – Can help calm chronic inflammation, which is one of the largest risk factors in heart disease.


Vitamin B12 – Prevents anemia – GREAT for vegans ; )

Iron – Helps with maintaining overall energy – muscle stores to oxygen.

Fatty Acids – ALA, EPA, DHA, are all important for heart and brain health.

Vitamin D – Essential for keeping bones strong and immunity levels at a stable base.

Zinc – Supports the immune system.

Calcium – Can help support bone health, especially if you are one that puts your body under extreme stress.

Anti-Inflammatory Herbs – Turmeric, Rosemary and Ginger!!!

Multivitamin – Great for covering all your nutritional bases, especially if you are constantly on the go!


Plant-Based Seafood – Alternatives to fish, crab, and other sea inhabitants.

Butterfly Pea Flower Powder – This is dried and ground butterfly pea flowers, plus adds a gorgeous blue coloring to foods.

Edible Seaweeds – Not only hight in nutrients like iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium and iodine, they have loads of umami flavor (better known as that, “OOMPH” within the dish!)

Jicama – Some think they are potatoes, but they have a watery crunch similar to a crisp pear! High in fiber, potassium and nitrate which are all great for the heart!

Adzuki Beans – Loaded with fiber, protein and needed minerals. The best part is that they come in pasta form nowadays, so slurp up!
